ROBERT HADL, whose Washington D.C. bar card is currently inactive, argued for the Writers Guild in Superior Court in downtrown L.A.on January 17 during a hearing on class certification in the curiouser and curiouser class action lawsuit WILLIAM RICHERT VS. WRITERS GUILD OF AMERICA WEST.

Hadl on the record.

And the Honorable Carl J. West unaware that here is the individual who runs the foreign levies enterprise.

Who is paid by actors, writers and directors to be their voice around the globe.

But they, like Judge West, are unaware of who Mr. Hadl is.

That is necessary because Mr. Had has been engaging in activities, for some eighteen years now, aimed at the destruction of the right set forth in Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

What do we pay him to do? Or, more accurately, what don’t we know?

Hadl likes to crow to Plaintiff’s Counsel how he gets these rights societies to do something that they are not supposed to be doing, which is entering into reciprocal agreements that provide no actual reciprocity to the rights society itself.

As Hadl was quoted in the New York Times "This is a great program. They send us money, and we send nothing back."(9, 19, 2005)

Reciprocity is at the core of the Berne Convention.

Hadl’s expertise is in convincing others that there is truth where there is none.

Members of the Writers Guild must assign the copyrights they create.

The Writers Guilds West and East are labor unions, one registered in the state of California, the other in New York state, subject to their respective state laws and the federal laws of the United states of America.

Here you see the advantage for the WGA and DGA in being members of CISAC, memberships which have never been disclosed to any of us, and not even to the federal government in the recently expanded LM2s.

And CISAC? What about CISAC? Conned or culpable. I will leave that unaswered for now. Of course any of you who have just realized that by dent of membership in the WGA and DGA you are yourselves members of CISAC could confront them.

And, yes, the lawyers at both WGAs, west and east, are aware of this agreement. You will come to understand they have contempt for us.

And that is how the WGA accesses monies collected for John Grisham, Tom Clancy, Margaret Mitchell, Edward Albee and others, monies the WGA has wire transferred to the entities that licensed the film rights to their novels and plays.
