Commentary

Without any authority to do so, Mr. Young contracts with LATGA-A on behalf of US citizens involving rights granted us under the Berne Convention:

(As of this date, March 6, 2008, the WGA, DGA and SAG have concealed on the record and in federal and state court that the rights they have been unlawfully trading in for eighteen years result from the Berne Implementation Act of 1989.)

The WGA claims that it receives lump sum checks.

It does not.

All monies are wire transferred, without the authorization or knowledge of the individuals for whom the monies are collected:

The WGA claims it receives paperwork that requires years to decipher.

The files received by the WGA are filed every year, by law, with the government of the country in which the rights society is mandated.

The WGA, posing as a rights society, becomes a sister society of the rights society with which it contracts.

And, in fact, the entities, for which the WGA, DGA and SAG are fronting, provide the rights societies with the claims that are part of the procedure.

There is no record in any country in which the WGA has contracted with a rights society of any complaints by sister society WGA regarding the electronic files provided to the WGA:

Let's be very clear as to what is revealed there.

These monies are due 100% to the individuals in whose names they are collected.

Absent the "agreement," the companies would get nothing.

Mr. Young also signed his name to this:

Commentary

Without any liability insurance whatsoever to cover it, Mr. Young, in order to get monies for US citizens wire transferred into the Netherlands bank accounts of the Motion Pictutre Association, Fintage House, member companies of IFTA and others, indemnifies foreign collecting societies for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Continuing to wreak havoc, Mr. Young put his name to this as well:

Commentary

Remember that the WGA is posing as a rights society. Claiming to be the legally mandated collecting society for US writers, it is understood that, as awareness of its existence grows in the US, more or more US writers will be joining.

But, of course, that is illusory.

COINSIDER THIS: Since the WGA receives monies for reality show writers and writers of animation on the understanding that it is the legally mandated rights society for US writers, it could be reasonably considered a done deal that the WGA officially represents writers of reality shows and`animation.

Unfortunately, these writers can feel no relief in discovering that the WGA indemnifies the foreign societies for the monies the WGA arranges to have diverted to their employers since the WGA carries no such insurance.

It isn't surprising that Mr. Young would need the following in place:

Commentary

LATGA-A represents us and enforces our rights. In agreeing not to have any communication with us unless the WGA agrees to act "as an intermediary," they are agreeing never to inform us of the reciprocal agreement between LATGA-A and the WGA. We are never to know that they represent us.

When a member requested copies of these agreements, the member was told by General Counsel Anthony Segall that they are in foreign languages.

That was a stupid lie, Tony.

As for this, one could ask, when was Mr. Young going to tell us:

And you really should think long and hard, Mr. Young, on the following:

The kind of fraud you are engaging in carries serious penalties everywhere in the world.

Even worse for you, you are trading in human rights.

Commentary

Here we bust the unions as they hang out with their sister societies.

The unions have been careful for years to use the word receive, as in 'the DGA receives monies from foreign collecting societies.'

Concealing the very aggressive activities the agreements reveal, such as violating the very statutes they invoke when presenting themselves as members of CISAC.

Commentary

Here the unions are with another sister society in Lithuania.

Take note of the areas in which the unions are collecting, such as choreographic works.
