The Screen Actors Guild needs your help - well, actually, not.
SAG doesn’t really want to find these people. Why? Because
they don’t want them to know about the existence of these monies.
And not just because SAG has no authority to be in possession
of these monies, which are the property of these performers.
There is a reason that SAG has never written or spoken the
following words: Berne Convention. SAG has concealed a great deal. And on the record, not only
to the membership but to federal and state court, SAG has
not spoken truthfully.
This list contains names from SAG’s ‘cannot locate’ list -
that’s what it’s called on the inside – ‘cannot locate.’ Names from that list will be added daily to this list, as well
as names not on SAG’s ‘cannot locate’ list but are the names
of other performers in whose names SAG has illegally collected
what SAG calls ‘foreign royalties.’
And, yes, despite Duncan Crabtree-Ireland’s claim to the contrary,
the monies belonging to the performers on the ‘cannot locate’ list
are not residuals but are monies that are wire-transferred into SAG bank accounts from rights societies around the world.
And by telling the stories of some of the performers named on this list, the true story of SAG and so-called ‘foreign royalties’ will be told.
